Is it what you see!?
What inspired me to do this was movies like Alice in wonderland or Charlie and the chocolate factory. They inspired me because in those movies they always had a weird hallway and I always liked seeing them and how it looked so long and made you feel like u were getting smaller so I drew one. To make my art I usually like to sketch with a pencil n just paper and then decide how I want to fill in or color it. With this one I used colored pencils for a more hard effect. My art reflects me. My individuality because I'm the kind of person who likes to be different.
Big or small
I grew most from this piece by going outside of my box and drawing something weird and using pastels which I have never used. One thing I would change about this would be making the eggs more realistic. I met my goals with this piece I feel it turned out really pretty even though it's just a picture of some eggs. I chose to present it on a large piece of drawing paper because I wanted it large. The biggest risk was using the pastels I didn't know how they would really look or work but it turned out very well I am happy with the outcome.
FEEl it.
I grew most in the aspect of being able to even draw in a negative form. i had never done it before. If i could do it again i would take a lot more time and make more accurate lines. I feel i met my goals of making it look like a calm and happy picture for people to look at. On paper drawn with pencil and marker because i could be more accurate. The biggest risk i took was drawing myself because i know what i look like but i did not let my memory of how i look overpower the actual lines i needed to draw from the picture.
